TERMS OF SALE

GENERAL
The following conditions regulate and are applicable to all sales made by Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. from its website www.nordconfort.com. Placing any order assumes that you have read and accepted these conditions of sale. For future reference purposes, you may print a copy of this document if you wish.

Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that is considered to have the potential to damage the goodwill or negatively influence the credit card brands or the acquiring bank.
The following activities are prohibited under the bank card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant or Cardholder banking. Also explicitly prohibited:

Sell prescription drugs illegally
Child pornography, violence/hate and extreme sexual violence

PRODUCTS
Each of the products marketed by Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. It has a detailed file that includes: the name, product description, photograph, technical information and the purchase price with VAT. In the price details you can also find the applicable VAT rate and the final price of the product.

The products marketed by Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. are not valid for use in illicit or fraudulent activities, and should not be used for commercial purposes without the relevant authorizations and permits.

Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. is not responsible, in any case, for the use that users give to the marketed products.

PRICES
All item prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Prices may vary at any time and without prior notice to the customer.

The prices that appear on the product sheets constitute an invitation for the customer to make an order proposal. Therefore, in case of error or modification thereof, Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. will inform of such circumstance and will not process the order unless expressly consented by the client.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
At Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U., we carry out specific promotional campaigns and flash offers, through which we offer products at discounted prices for a certain time, and may sometimes include product packages.

These promotions and offers will be valid as long as they are published on the website, as long as there is stock available. Once the promotion ends the price will return to the original.

PURCHASING PROCESS
To be able to purchase at Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U., the customer only has to choose the product or products they wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart.

Once all the products that the customer wishes to purchase have been chosen, it will be necessary to click on the “Finalize Order” button, through which a form is accessed where the customer must enter the necessary delivery data, select the transport agency. and the payment method, finally, press the “Confirm Order” button.

To process the order, Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U., uses an SSL (Secure Server Layer) server intended for the encryption of all data that is sent from the client’s browser to its server. In this way, the confidentiality and privacy of all transactions carried out is ensured.

PAYMENT METHODS
For the marketing of its products Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U. gives its clients the following payment methods to choose from:

BANK TRANSFER: The total amount of the order must be transferred to any of the bank accounts indicated in the “My account” section and “See Banks We Work with”, as long as they are orders for an amount equal to or greater than €300.

Payment with CREDIT CARDS: The charge on the bank card will be made when the order is processed and will appear reflected with the description Nordconfort 2000, S.L.U., to guarantee anonymity. To provide the bank card details, you will be redirected to the POS of the corresponding bank which will be in charge of requesting the necessary details.

Payment through PAYPAL and STRIPE.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Orders destined for the Peninsula are placed through TOURLINE EXPRESS, with delivery within 48 hours.

Order confirmation is made by email and you can track each one of them in your “Order History”.

WARRANTY
The products have a 2-year warranty, which is extended in some products to 5 and 8 years, as indicated in the technical characteristics of each item. To make this extended warranty effective, you will have to send the duly completed warranty card by regular mail within 30 days from the date of purchase. accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. In the event that the client detects an anomaly or malfunction of the product, as long as there is no manipulation on the part of the client, the client may choose to repair the good or replace it, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate to the client. The warranty period will not apply to failures or defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse of the product by the customer. Likewise, manipulation or variation of any product due to misuse will automatically void the warranty.

SHIPPING
The cost of shipping will vary depending on the characteristics of the shipment as well as the destination, weight and volume.

RETURN POLICY
Article 68.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, establishes the existence of the Right of Withdrawal, the power of the consumer and user to void the concluded contract, thus notifying the other contracting party within the period established for the exercise of that right, without the need to justify its decision and without penalty of any kind.

It is the obligation of the contracting businessman to make available to the consumer or user a Withdrawal Document or management of a clearly identified return (Article 69.1 RDL 1/2007).

The period available to the consumer or user to exercise this right will be 15 days, which will be counted from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer or the date of collection from an external agency in our facilities (Article 71 RDL 1/2007 ).

The expenses generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (excludes products under warranty) (Article 101.1 RDL 1/2007).

By virtue of the aforementioned precepts, the applicant accepts and makes use of the Right of Withdrawal contemplated by current regulations.
For any return you have a period of 15 days from the delivery date and you must contact customer service by email at comercial@nordconfort.com, indicating the invoice number or order reference and the reason for the return.

Returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:

The products must keep their seal of origin intact, for reasons of health protection or hygiene (exceptions to the right of withdrawal regulated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 that approves the consolidated text of the General Law for Defense of Consumers and users).
The product must be in perfect condition and without apparent signs of having been used.
The product to be returned must retain its original packaging, with its warranty seal (as long as it is presented), both intact and have been correctly packaged for return.
